How to Place an Order

Print on Demand Products

  1. Find the product you like to order through the category menus or search form and click the product Details button to go to the product details page.
  2. On the product details page select any available options for the product, enter the quantity for the product, and click the Customize button to open the product editor.
  3. In the product editor import your already completed design as a print ready PDF to the Image field. Some product editors will have template guides that will not appear on your final design.
  4. Make sure to proof and review your design by using the Preview or PDF Preview buttons. Once your design is ready to go click the Add to cart button.
  5. To finish your order click the Checkout button on the cart page to be guided through the checkout process to collect your billing and delivery information.

PPE Products

  1. Find the product you like to order through the category menus or search form and click the product Details button to go to the product details page.
  2. On the product details page select any available options for the product, make sure to upload any import artwork if applicable, enter the quantity for the product, and click the Add to cart button.
  3. To finish your order click the Checkout button on the cart page to be guided through the checkout process to collect your billing and delivery information.

General File Setup

The following guidelines are designed to help prepare files for successful display graphics reproduction.

Files can be setup in any version of the following programs:

  1. Adobe Illustrator: EPS or PDF
  2. Adobe Photoshop: TIFF or PDF
  3. Adobe InDesign: TIFF or PDF

Print ready PDF files are preferred. Please make sure images are high resolution, all fonts are embedded, and bleed is included if applicable.

Graphic templates are available upon request for art file setup.

File Preparation Guidelines

  • Files should be to scale, preferably at 100% of the final printed size.
  • Files that have images or colors that run off the trim edge of the final printed piece, must be submitted with an extra 1/4” (.25) bleed beyond the trim.
  • Documents should be set to CMYK color mode.
  • Super black or rich black color should be used to avoid a washed-out appearance whenever large fonts, graphics, boxes or backgrounds are to print as black. Use the values of 100% black, 30% cyan, 30% magenta and 30% yellow to create super black.
  • All images must be embedded.
  • All fonts must be outlined to avoid any problems.
  • Custom displays that require special effects printing or opaque white will require

Please Note: The user is held responsible for the images uploaded and printed on their artwork, customer should not use images that have or contain a copyright. Think Patented has the permission to not print any pictures that we deem as inappropriate.
